Call for Submissions: DFA’s 39th Dance on Camera Festival (Oct 1)

The Dance Films Association has announced a call for submissions for its 39th annual Dance on Camera Festival to take place January 28-February 1, 2011, co-sponsored by The Film Society of Lincoln Center, Movement Research, TenduTv, and Baryshnikov Art Center. The festival celebrates the “immediacy, energy, and mystery of dance as combined in the intimacy of film” since 1971.

Documentaries, dance for the camera, animation, shorts, and stellar performance videos are welcomed.
